By day, she works in healthcare recruiting, giving her a strong foundation in organization, communication, and care for others. She especially loves the emotional moments—like heartfelt vows and the father-daughter dance—that make each celebration unforgettable. Outside of weddings, you’ll find her thrifting or exploring new places with her dog, always up for a little adventure (she’s even been skydiving).
Maddy
McKenna brings both creativity and connection to every celebration, combining her experience as a corporate event planner with a natural ability to make people feel seen and celebrated. A true people person, she thrives in the energy of a wedding day—especially during meaningful moments like the father-daughter dance. Outside of events, you’ll find her playing guitar or dreaming up her next trip, with Italy at the top of her list.
McKenna
Lexi blends technical precision with a calm, thoughtful presence, drawing from her background as a field service engineer. She has a love for the design elements of a wedding day—especially floral details—and the quiet, meaningful moments leading up to a walk down the aisle. Outside of weddings, she enjoys reading and traveling, and is always up for an adventure (including scuba diving and even swimming with sharks).

Hannah brings a warm, detail-oriented approach to every celebration, with a special love for seeing all the final touches come together in a beautiful, cohesive way. As a speech language pathologist, she naturally leads with care and attentiveness, ensuring every moment feels thoughtful and intentional. When she’s not at a wedding, you’ll likely find her with a good book in hand or dreaming of her next mountain getaway.

Deb brings a genuine, people-first energy to every wedding day, with a natural ability to make those around her feel comfortable and supported. With a background as a dental hygienist and a love for the outdoors, she’s both detail-oriented and down-to-earth—always ready to jump in wherever needed.
